- CrossFit: Mon-Fri at 5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm; Sat at 7 & 9 am; Sun at 8:30 am
- Bootcamp: M/W/F at 9:00 am, Mon-Fri at 5:30 pm, Tues/Thurs at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 8:00 am
- CFE (CrossFit Endurance): Wed at 5:00 am & 5:30 pm, Sat at 8:00 am and 10:00 am
- ROC City Lifting (program for Strongman and Olympic Lifting): Mon at 6:30 pm, Wed at 5:30 pm, Fri at 6:30 pm
- Fundamentals: Saturdays at Flower City CrossFit (11am - 2:00pm for all three classes) - every other weekend
