- Bootcamp: M/W/F mornings at 6:00 am & 9:00 am, Wed/Th at 4:30 pm, M/T/Th/Fr at 5:30 pm, M/W/Th at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 10:00 am
- CFE (CrossFit Endurance): Tues 6:30pm, Wed 5:00 am & 5:30 pm, Sat 8:00 am
- ROC City Lifting (program for Strongman and Olympic Lifting): Monday 7:30 pm, Wed 6:30 pm, Thursday 7:30 pm
- Fundamentals: Saturdays at Flower City CrossFit (11am - 2:00pm for all three classes)
