- CrossFit: Mon-Fri at 5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm; Sat at 7 & 9 am; Sun at 8:30 am
- Bootcamp: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri at 5:30 pm, Wed at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 8:00 am
- Fundamentals: Sundays (every 3 weeks) at Flower City CrossFit (5pm - 8pm)
