If you are a current CrossFitter looking for a new gym, we welcome you to join us for a free WOD. Just contact us and let us know that you'd like to come in and try out a class with us. If you've never tried this before, sign up for a free trial (see step one below).
Step one: Try a Bootcamp class for free
You can come try a Bootcamp class for FREE. Our Bootcamp classes are comprised entirely of CrossFit exercises in a format we call a "Metcon" (metabolic conditioning) workout. Bootcamp classes are a great workout that can be scaled to the fitness levels of anyone, and are a great way to experience CrossFit yourself. There is absolutely no obligation associated with our free trial, so you've got nothing to lose! To try a free class, click on the Schedule tab, click on any Bootcamp class you would like to attend, and you will have the option to sign up for free trial. Step two: CrossFit Fundamentals
Our Fundamentals program provides new students a solid footing in the all the movements that form the core of CrossFit workouts. Fundamentals consists of a minimum of 9 classes - at least 6 Bootcamp classes, 2 barbell instruction classes and 1 gymnastics instruction class. Upon completion of Fundamentals, students will be able to seamlessly transition into the fast-paced CrossFit group classes. Each Fundamentals session lasts approximately one hour and is taught by one of our outstanding CrossFit coaches. To sign up for Fundamentals, go to our Rates page and sign up for membership. Note: If you have taken a month of bootcamp, you just sign up for the Fundamentals for bootcampers. If you have not taken bootcamp, you sign up for the Fundamentals for Non-Bootcampers.
